Refund Policy

SunMatix Refund Policy

SunMatix Private Limited reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or restrict access to the account or services at any time with or without notice.

Customers may cancel any service at any time via a support ticket or emailing info [at] sunmatix.com. SunMatix Private Limited gives you 30 day money back guarantee on shared hosting, and cloud hosting. To be eligible for the refund the customer should have fully settled the initial invoice and by transferring funds to Sampath bank account of SunMatix Private Limited either by online transfer or by bank deposit.

There are no refunds on dedicated servers, customized solutions, 3rd party software fees or management fees. Any domain name purchases are non-refundable. 

Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.

 The refund will be processed within 7 working days once approved and there will be banking charges of Rs 250/-.

Violations of the Terms and conditions will waive the refund policy.
